Refund Policy

For Individuals buying for themselves rather than for a Business. The Individual shopper has the right to cancel within seven days of their contract, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). MAPRA Technik will return payment to the Individual within seven days once the goods have been returned and received back at MAPRA Technik. The return payment will be made back to the Individual using the same method as used for the original payment.
